HOW CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES OR RETURN AN ITEM?
For Exchanges - yes, you can exchange within 14 days from the day of order receipt/delivery by contacting our support team.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Our shipping time is 1-2 working days, with cutoff time for same day dispatch being 3
PM (more likely to be delivered within 24 hours in Greater Cairo).
Any orders placed after 3 PM, are dispatched to couriers the next day.
